This is Elizabeth Lockhart Way - a stunning 9-house development created by Beacon Hill Homes.
231 Studios were tasked with recreating the site digitally, in anticipation of Beacon Hill Homes' new website. The client wanted renders of the site that were accurate and to scale, that highlighted the quality of the houses and showed it off to visitors of their website.
With that brief in mind, the team at 231 set off to work. Using Unreal Engine, we used Lidar Data of the site area to get an accurate 3D scan of the landscape. Many hours were spent pouring over plans and images, making sure that our models of the houses matched the real-life reference to the nearest pixel. We even recreated the door numbers digitally!
